In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we inform you that:

    1. Controller: The controller of your personal data is AVSystem sp. z o.o., headquartered in Kraków, at ul. Radzikowskiego 47d, 31-315 Kraków, Poland.
    2. Contact: You can contact the controller regarding any matters related to the processing of personal data, particularly concerning the exercise of your rights, via the email address gdpr@avsystem.com or in writing to the controller's registered address.
    3. Legal basis for processing:
      A. Consent: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, in connection with your consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes.
    4. Purpose of processing: Your data is processed for the purpose of organizing, managing, and providing access to the webinar conducted by the AVSystem sp. z o.o., as well as sending follow-up communications, including materials related to the event and information about future webinars.
    5. Data sharing: In connection with the processing of your data for the purposes indicated above, your personal data may be shared with:
      A. Entities authorized to receive personal data based on relevant legal provisions.
      B. Entities that process personal data on behalf of the controller, based on a data processing agreement (processors), including webinar platform providers, email communication services, and IT support services.
    6. Data retention: Your data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing and to comply with legal retention obligations (archiving), but no longer than 5 years.
    7. Your rights:
      A. Access your personal data, pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR.
      B. Request rectification of your data, pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR.
      C. Restrict the processing of your data, pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR.
      D. Erase your data, pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR.
      E. Object to the processing of your data, pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR.
    8. Withdrawal of consent: If the processing of data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, in the same form in which it was given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal. Once consent is withdrawn, your data will no longer be processed unless another legal basis applies.
    9. Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data protection in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. In Poland, this is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, headquartered at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
    10. Automated processing: Your personal data may be subject to automated processing, including profiling, to personalize webinar content and recommendations based on your preferences and interests. However, no decisions with legal or similarly significant effects will be made solely based on profiling without human involvement.
    11. Voluntary nature: Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the webinar and receive related information.
